We Propagate These Beliefs

  • Gardening can bring peace of mind, clarity, and healing.

  • People need more opportunities to connect with nature, which in turn helps them connect with themselves and others.

  • Anyone can participate in gardening activities, regardless of their past experiences in the garden.

  • Regular gardening helps ground us to seasons, time, and place.

  • Interacting with plants can bring us hope and moments of joy, even when the world is dark.

About Us

Welcome! I'm Megan Goulden, a Therapeutic Horticulture Practitioner (THP) certified by the American Horticultural Therapy Association.  As a Master Gardener and Master Composter, I bring deep horticultural knowledge to every therapeutic session. More importantly, I understand how to adapt gardening activities to meet each person exactly where they are – physically, cognitively, socially,  and emotionally.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, exploring wellness programs for your facility, or looking to tend to your own garden sanctuary,  I create a customized program that honors each participant's unique needs and goals.
